Following their successful full-length album ‘I NEVER DIE’ and a world tour, (G)I-DLE returns with six tracks exploring various genres like pop, rock, indie pop, and hip-hop, each telling a unique love story. The album’s production, led by Jeon So-yeon with contributions from all members, emphasizes their artistry. “Nxde” draws from the aria ‘Habanera’ to critique societal expectations, enhanced by a striking music video. The album’s concept images, inspired by Marilyn Monroe and themes of love’s ambivalence, highlight the group’s bold message against prejudices.
